Upon full payment, clients receive the rights specifically granted under the applicable project agreement for deliverables created for their engagement.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Jade Frontier's existing intellectual property.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during a consulting engagement.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:
